Employment Services for Adults with Disabilities
BEi offers a variety of employment services for adults with disabilities at BEi's North Warren facility and in the community, each of which has different pay rates ranging from piece rates for contract manufacturing work to hourly rates for contract janitorial work.
Employment services:
- Supported Employment provides on-the-job training for a job in the community.
- Pre-Employment Transition Services is designed to help students with disabilities in the Warren County School District and Tidioute Community Charter School region prepare for employment.
- Small Group Employment provides support to individuals who are making the transition to integrated, competitive employment in the community.
- Contract Cleaning Services provides training and experience in janitorial services at local businesses and organizations in the community.
